When do we need psychotherapy?

You just broke off from your most important person in your life and everything seems meaningless. You cannot bring yourself together. Socially, personally and maybe even financially you feel that you are out of control. Your friends do not seem as nice as before and you feel that you are missing something.
How can you find yourself from this existential void?

At the beginning it did not bother you that you felt a certain fear when you boarded a plane. You could overcome it. Later, more and more, this symptom grew worse. Just the thought that you are boarding a plane made your pulse soar and you became anxious.
This problem is upsetting you a lot and you feel that you cannot handle it alone.

You are increasingly stressed at work. The tension is higher day by day, the program is overcrowded and lately you discover that you are a changed person. You communicate aggressively, do not have patience, you are not emphatic, and sometime you are furious.
You feel that you do not want to behave like that but you feel caught in a wave stronger than yourself.

Things that you liked about your partner before are upsetting you now. You are quarrelling more and more often and you don’t even know from where the conflicts arise.
Both of you want these things to cease but do not even know how they started. You both do not know what to do, but want to give a chance to your relationship.

You changed jobs many times lately. Someone important in your life has passed away.  You were sick and did not recover yet, or someone dear to you is very sick and you do not know how to help. You are unhappy with yourself, your personal or professional performance or the environment in which you live. Your child does not communicate with you.
Here are just several situations in which I can help you.

Unjustified or long time sorrow, feelings of loneliness and isolation, anxiety, stress, pain, fear or fury are just a few states of mind that produce a state of psychic discomfort whose long term effects are damaging.
You do not have to face these things alone.

Do not hesitate and do not allow yourself to be misled by stereotypes such as: “I am not mature if I do not solve these problems by myself” or “Psychotherapy is for other people that are weak, I am strong” and “ I have friends and do not need a psychotherapist”.
You should respect yourself and your psychic comfort.
